Senior Sous Chef

As Senior Sous Chef you will be a senior member of the kitchen team, working closely and reporting to Head Chef.
Your main duties will include preparation and maintenance of high quality food in accordance with company standards and food margins and, daily organisation of all sections in the kitchen.

You will be required to work 5 days to include split/straight/weekend shifts.

The successful applicant for this role must have the ability to work unsupervised, well organised, ambitious and creative.

Experience in a two rosette background or higher is desirable but not essential.

Salary dependant upon experience and expertise.

Own transport essential due to location.

Chef de Partie

As a Chef De Partie you will be required to work 5 days, to include split/straight/weekend shifts.

Your main duties will include preparation and maintenance of high quality food in accordance with company standards and food margins and, daily organisation of all sections in the kitchen. All produce is sourced locally and freshly prepared.

You will be a committed member of the kitchen team, working closely and reporting to the Head Chef.
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and progress within the kitchen department.

The successful applicant for this role must have the ability to work unsupervised, be ambitious and determined to work hard to help our professional brigade to re-launch our restaurant and, attain 2 AA Rosettes.

We expect a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry and, previous banquet and function experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary dependant upon experience and expertise.

Own transport essential due to location.
