Our hotel is the ideal venue to host a variety of functions be it large or small we can cater for all aspects of your event. From smaller private dinners, christenings and wakes to the larger affair such as balls, proms and birthday parties.

We have a specialist team on hand to organise your event and plan your ideas step by step from start to finish, whether you need ideas on colour, inspiration for menus or examples of past themes which have been successful in past years our event organisers will be sure to help you out.

We can comprise tailor made menus from drinks and canapés on arrival to the main meal of the event to suit a variety of tastes or provide us with your ideas and allow our chefs to create a menu and stun you with our innovative ideas and creative presentation.
If you would like to choose from an existing menu but are stuck between a couple of choices, why not sample the menu before finalising details with our event coordinators by attending a food tasting evening and enjoy 20% off the total food bill, this is an ideal opportunity to sample our wine menu to compliment your food.

We can organise different coloured linen to suit a particular theme you may want to carry through your function, Caistor Hall Hotel currently have four different colour satin bows available for hire with cream table linen and chair covers. We also work with several linen companies to ensure your expectations of colour and material can be met. Prices for hire are to be discussed with your events coordinator directly.

If your function is one which requires bedrooms, we will be more than happy to assist you in allocating rooms for particular members of your group and will be happy to arrange a tour of a selection of bedrooms* if you would like to add that extra special touch why not allow us to place a hamper in your bedroom or a bottle of champagne to end the night with a little bit of sparkle!
