Status: The beginning

Every old building has a moment when it changes hands. Not on paper, but when someone stands in the hallway holding a new set of keys and wonders what the place has been waiting to say.

On 14 April 2026, Quadmark collected the keys to Caistor Hall.

For Helen Earl, it wasn't entirely unfamiliar territory. Growing up in Norfolk, she'd spent a summer here years ago when the Hall was still a hotel. Returning felt less like revisiting somewhere she'd known and more like meeting it properly for the first time.

Quadmark works across continents, helping people learn together. Yet one thing has become increasingly clear: some conversations need a place. A place where people can slow down, think deeply, and leave different from how they arrived.

Caistor Hall feels like one of those places.

Beneath the lawns, archaeologists continue uncovering Venta Icenorum, the Roman town that stood here long before the Hall existed. Every generation has left something behind. Now another chapter begins.

Perhaps we're not the owners of old places.

Perhaps we're simply the next people holding the keys.
