A gathering place, reimagined.
After many years welcoming guests as a hotel, Caistor Hall is now closed to bookings while we begin a significant and considered transformation of the estate.
Caistor Hall has been acquired by Quadmark, a global learning and training organisation owned by Helen Earl, a Norfolk-born leader with a deep belief that how and where people learn matters enormously. Caistor Hall is the physical expression of that belief.
Quadmark took ownership of the estate on 14 April 2026, and over a five-year plan, the Hall and its 33 acres will be transformed into a purpose-built campus for human learning, connection, and capability — a place where teams come to think more clearly, collaborate more deeply, and leave genuinely changed. This goes well beyond restoration. We're reimagining what this estate is for: the buildings, the land, the spaces between them, all designed to serve the people within them.
Year one is focused on making the estate safe and secure. This will be done carefully, sustainably, and with real respect for the character of the place and its surroundings. We're grateful for the patience and goodwill of our neighbours as this new chapter unfolds.
